Blackline Q218 features dual 18” (460 mm) drivers with 4” (100 mm) voice coils, housed in a robust plywood enclosure finished in hard-wearing black paint. A perforated, impact-resistant steel grille protects the drivers, while slot ports ensure efficient airflow and reduced turbulence for cleaner low-frequency performance.
Designed for flexible deployment, Q218 can be used singly, stacked or flown via integral M10 inserts. It includes an M20 1.4” (35 mm) pole-mount fitting for seamless integration with other loudspeakers in BlacklineQ series. There are two signal link outputs—one positioned at the top and one at the bottom of the enclosure when oriented vertically. This allows for flexible, discreet and tidy signal connections to other BlacklineQ loudspeakers, regardless of setup.
Four ergonomic side handles facilitate easy handling and rubber feet on the base align with top-surface recesses to ensure stable stacking. A castor kit is available as an optional accessory.
When used with BlacklineQ Series full-range systems, crossover and EQ functions can be managed via the DX0.4, DX0.6, or DX4.0 system controllers, or the onboard DSP of an iKON amplifier.
Blackline Q218 is a high-performance, dual-driver subwoofer designed to complement BlacklineQ Series full-range loudspeakers. It extends the system’s low-frequency response down to 38 Hz, delivering powerful bass performance with a Peak SPL of 142dB (148dB for crest factor 4) for exceptional low-end impact.
