LTB was founded on 30 years of industry expertise. Its team has delivered advanced installations for concert venues, museums, cultural arenas, and hotels across Norway, leading projects from design to commissioning. Since its inception in 2002, LTB has aimed to lead in sound, light, and stage solutions. By 2023, it had become Norway’s #1 provider, with an annual turnover of 101MNOK shortly after its founding.

LTB’s success is supported by committed owners with strong industrial heritage:

SGF Entreprenør AS (59%): A subsidiary of SGF AS, an investment firm co-owned by Stokke Industri AS (50%) and SGF partners (50%). SGF invests in real estate and industrial ventures, employing 150 people with a 450MNOK turnover. It provides LTB financial resources and management support. SGF’s leadership includes Morten Grongstad (Chairman of LTB) and Per Bjørnar Fausa.

AVAB Norge AS (18%): Owned by Børre Linberg, a founder and key LTB resource with 30+ years in the industry.

Meren Consulting AS (12%): Owned by Jan Tore Meren, a venture investor with experience in 35 startups.

Key Employees (11%): Valued as vital contributors and investors, holding a combined 30% stake.

Insurance
LY Forsikring is LTB’s primary insurance provider, with Matrix Insurance handling project guarantees under NS8407 and NS8417.
